Outside of law enforcement and military, no one is armed. It’s why there was a massive stabbing spree earlier this week that wouldn’t have gotten nearly as far is anyone had any weapons to stop the attacker.

Given that it started as a prison colony, there's a joke in there about how nothing ever changes.

Better idea: kill the old leadership who went along with this, the worthless DEI hires and gradually phase out the old guard for police who are loyal to us.
