    Well, you made it out like bandits. With the changes coming, I'd invest in tools and dies. Lots of manufacturing equipment will be needed for new equipment and the alliance it a great opportunity to expand production without a dropship full of mercs being dropped on your new factory.

    The main benifits of the warships for the clanners is big cargo holds and lots of jump collars. They also probably have some tricks to stretch the endurance of their ships from the exodus that have been engineered into their naval refits.

    Unfortunately for the Tortuga Domain, the idea of uncontrolled pirates randomly raiding planets is more useful for the Great houses than having a little bit more loyalty from the pirates.

    Hmm, now you have the blueprints for ARROW-IV and its ammo, I wonder how hard it would be to upgrade Thunderbolt missiles to use the warhead from Arrow-IV missiles for cheap but powerful heavy missiles. Thunderbolt missiles are pretty heavy so there is plenty of room for improvement.

    Damned shame all those bottlenecks, but this will also produce less heat compared to something like a royal battlemech factory popping out of nowhere.
