Maybe, but it was Varrys' wand that made Hastria feel chilly and then she turns into a rooster on that night. Maybe I'm connecting wrong, but whoever turns into a rooster would feel the chills.

I have a rooster wand, that’s amazing. So I guess they transform near sunrise, which is useful near morning times against enemies.
