We probably can. I just tend to like variety in government choice, EU3 sliders actually scratched an itch, because it allowed differences between regimes (along with NIs).

I am kind of hoping that we can get laws/whatever that aren't steps on a scale. I kind of want to have alternatives to the more standard systems, such as not even going for voting, but instead choosing by lottery.
