I'm kinda with @Val the Moofia Boss on this. Except I did finish ME1. I want to play Bioware because I like playing acclaimed old games. But overall I'm just not very impressed with most of what I've seen. Admittedly, I haven't really checked out the CRPGs because I struggle to get into CRPGs...
