I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

This really depends on your goal and details. What do you want to maximise? Happiness of sentient creatures? Profits? Your own Power? Something in between many goals, if so, what are goals? Opening trade and diplomatic relations, as in our modern world is the case with average third-world...

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

It's not imperialist, it's simply, ironically, irrational. Weak primitive cultures are not nice internally to their own weak subcultures or individuals. "Might makes right" always at some level. Considering only planetary-level is incredibly arbitrary.

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

The most funny thing about Vulcans is the fact that they use strawman rationality. Like, they can be confused and unable to act when they lack perfect information even though fast action is needed. Instead of doing the truly rational thing - something that the best fits incomplete info.

Oh. I was honestly unaware about this little bit of lore. Now, these literally Ancient Aliens explain so much, indeed o . O

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

Tuskens and Jawas and wild tribes of various wastelands are one thing, something like XX-century level copy of the Roman Empire ( Bread and Circuses (Star Trek: The Original Series) - Wikipedia ) is another. Star Trek galaxy is seriously weird.

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

Uncontacted and unused primitives inside of Imperial space are like something that would taste badly to me. Like, a pirate group or future enemies (less stupid than the Federation, obviously) could as well conquer these and use them as a base.

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

I wonder, as the Empire is not shackled by the prime directive, would it conquer various primitive planets that seems to be quite common in the Star Trek galaxy? Easy, fast, and nice conquests, practically entertainment and fun.

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

Emperor himself could be interested in some of these weird accidents, while most are unpleasant, wasn't it the case that aging was accidentally reversed once? Federation tech is moronically used, but extremely powerful for something developed so fast. Well, the Milky Way Galaxy as w whole is in...

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

I have no idea what sort of an economic system the Federation truly has. Like, are there markets in real estate? Is ownership of more than one house allowed? Is renting real estate allowed? Is buying and selling land allowed? Is private trade allowed? If land ownership exist, is there a land...

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

Yeah, these "faults" of the Star Wars galaxy are sensible to create an interesting story. But if I was an inhabitant of the setting, instead of the reader, these things would feel like problematic issues. And it feels interesting to point it out. Not out of disrespect to the setting, but as a...

I get to conquer the Federation (SW and ST Crossover/SI)

I'm not sure that after something like that Earth would be still habitable outside of arcology-style settlements with strictly controlled artificial internal weather. PS. As to teaching the Federation how to live, the Star Wars universe is also not without its flaws. While they feel closer to...
