This is fucking stupid. And the only reason he's doing it is because he feels threatened because Ron is getting popular. Trump cant stand the thought of someone else being popular and potentially being favored over him, so he will attempt to destroy them, even if they're good their their state and could be good for the country.
I'd be mad too if I had the entire establishment coming at me for years. DeSantis isn't one of them, though. This is senseless and will backfire in a big way for Trump.

For as much as you guys like him, you apparently think he’s a fucking moron. He’s going to ride out his term as Governor and probably come out swinging in 28.
To step into the ring with Trump, just to likely lose, will tear the GOP ticket apart and poison his own campaign. Trump will not hold back, and DeSantis likely won’t either.
A primary between the two is just setting up for electoral suicide, no matter who “wins” that fight.
If I can see that I’m sure DeSantis, a much smarter man than I, surely can as well.
