Can't argue with most of these, though I'm surprised "Central Powers Win World War I!" hasn't been suggested yet.
Even seen it argued that it’s be a much superior ATL, too, so there's that. Probably depends on how the Central Powers treat the losers, though; if OTL Versailles has demonstrated anything, it's that slapping blame on the losers for everything that went wrong can bring out the worst in them when Round II comes.

Another popular one is the one where the future USA loses its war of independence or somehow never engsges in rebellion.
I think Steve White wrote one science fiction novel on that premise, and Turtledove had at least one book.
There was also this other one that had something to do with Scorpions in a bottle.
Hamilton not getting offered/the Federalists managing to take power in the USA and turning it into something far more centralized is another popular one.
And there are at least 2 novels and one time travel movie dealing with JFK not getting offed.
