Versus Match Moff Gideon versus a NCR Ranger Hit Squad

Moff Gideon refused to pay NCR Taxes and didn't declare his Beskar or Darksaber. He then murdered the NCR Civilian Ranger sent to collect the taxes. Now one day while taking a stroll with his escort in the wasteland they are suddenly ambushed by an NCR Ranger Hit Squad that announces their arrival with gunshots.

Scenario 1: Moff Gideon is escorted by a half dozen Stormtroopers.

Scenario 2: Moff Gideon is escorted by four Death Troopers.

Parameters:

NCR Rangers achieve partial surprise in they advance with weapons drawn to relatively closer range before detected.

NCR Rangers Squad consists of:
Two Patrol Rangers, one armed with a Ranger Sequoia, the other with a Brush Gun.
One Veteran Combat Ranger with an Anti-Material Rifle.
One NCR Heavy Trooper with a Minigun. All have frag grenades and hunting revolvers as backup weapons.

Stormtroopers are armed with E-11 Blaster Rifles.

Death Troopers are armed with E-11D Blaster Carbines and C-25 Frag Grenades.

Moff Gideon is wearing his Beskar derived Battle Armor from the earlier seasons and armed with a Blaster Pistol and the Darksaber.

Victory Conditions are Moff Gideon is killed, captured or otherwise incapacitated, his escort killed or similarly incapacitated with at least one NCR Ranger surviving to collect those taxes, or the Moffs ear.

I think it mostly depends on how durable the armor of the Deathtroopers is in the second scenario. And of Moff Gideon to a degree.

In the first scenario I feel that the Stormtroopers would get shredded by the Rangers ambush, even if their armor is somewhat slugthrower resilient. The Minigun and Ranger firearms pack a punch that would be debilitating and we've seen Stormtroopers get battered in the recent Mandalorian series by gaffi sticks and even in hand to hand combat in Rogue One.

The main vulnerability of Moff Gideon is his face. He oftentimes shows it and Rangers are really good shooters. So even if the Death Troopers are resilient, the one they are to protect could still end up dead.
