Belarus doesn't currently exist and hasn't existed since the region was incorporated into the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, but if it wants to exist and can by existing weaken Russia in the long term and doesn't weaken a coalition member (as Poland existing again would) I expect the coalition would be quite happy for it to start existing.
And possibly task it with helping keep the Poles down.
