Exactly what it says! Excluding omnipotent beings the avatars of the top ten highest posters on TS, SB and SV fight each other in team deathmatch.

Avatars that are objects or vehicle that can move under their own power will gain sentience and a unlimited fuel/energy supply to keep then moving. Avatars that are both non-sentient and lack locomotion have this staff fall out of the sky and turn then into a giant monster form of their avatar.

The Avatars will act exactly like their fictional counterparts if they have personalities, but will be blood lusted to ensure a good fight, if they didn't have sentience to begin with they adopt the mindset of an average person.
