This has been bugging me since I joined this forum, but what is that section of this forum suppose to be for exactly? I've looked at it a few times but haven't really been able to make any sense of it. Is it some sort of legacy area for when the forum was first created or something?

Leslie is a somewhat famous "Filk Singer", I was actually surprised that she was ever a member here, as Filk Singing is a fairly nitch subculture.

Filk Songs are like "folk songs" but instead of being about semi-mythical historical figures and events, they are about science fiction and fantasy scenarios told in the same semi-mythical fashion.
