I can tell you're compensating if you're using a FAL, supposing I'm wrong and you're not just being a boomer bubbette obsessed with wasteful cartridges and you just like long-stroke piston systems you should probably get an FNC or an AK chambered in 5.56, way more manageable and more higher magazine capacity. 2. Not a Bolshevik, I'm an AnCom not a Leninist; Makhnobist or Makhnovshchyna would be closer but still not accurate. 3. AR parts are easier to come by, it's the platform I was trained on, ammo is more ubiquitous, and I have a friend from gunsmithing school who is the armorer for Blackheart International. 5. AKs haven't had wooden stocks in two decades since the AK-100 series.

If you actually believe Republicans are some dire threat to trans people, one would thing that a trans person becoming more influential and popular with the right would be a good thing, because it makes it harder to justify acting against a group when you have a positive personal connection to that group. I don't see how hostility toward anyone working at making inroads with the right serves your interests.
