Images The Timepiece Thread - Watches & More

Our Texan cowboy @The Whispering Monk might enjoy this ! Although I think even you @Abhorsen could appreciate it ! This Italian in Roman has collected Winchester watches, shame these ones are quartz/battery movement.

They definitely are cool, but I don't like the blue strap.

Well, that's one unique find, but it's basically a museum piece....who's going to wear that? If it stays in a home might as well give that money to buy a new home (or homes) or cars.

Boy, do I have a doozy for you lads. I purchased my first "risky" watch for the price of 180 euros. The asking price went from 300 to 250 to my budget acceptable risk price (below to 200). Probably for three good reasons : first I was the only one interested in buying such a peculiar watch, second it shows that this watch had a life and it is not what you would call NEW OLD STOCK (NOS) or NEAR MINT condition and thirdly it is a thick ass boy (see image 3).

Currently the only other one I found, a similar version :

595 euros.

This in good conditions.

So basically I save 415 euros. If I ever think the unlikely scenario I will sell it back I am much more like to make back my money.

Visconti 2 squared anniversary watch Model: KW35-02 limited edition of 99 (nr 36).

Asking price is 4000 euros ! If I knew anyone who bought this and it was an acquaintance or a friend I would kick their butt.

Star Wars Watches New
Had I started this "side passion" of mine I would certainly bought one or all of this watches, but now I am not inclined to spend my hard earned money on them considering not only which direction the franchise has gone but also there are much more originally themed watches.
