Eh, the thing is, I don't know that it would or wouldn't. My bet is that the user modifications would be incredibly useful. But comparing the tech levels is iffy because of the Datakrash. Also, Bartmoss' isn't safe.

I hate to say it, but maybe wait? There's a big free update coming in September, that wildly changes how leveling etc works. But regardless, Sinnerman is 100% the best questline, don't look at spoilers.
