Not currently, but between the more aggressive moves against private firearm ownership and this attempt at re-educating the military, I kind of have to wonder if this is the goal.

That, or they're too short-sighted to care, or, the entire point is to weaken the military and make it so another country, like China, can just waltz in and take over without a fight.
