Not true of a good chunk of the clans already. Ghost Bears, Goliath Scorpions, Cloud Cobra, Diamond Sharks/Sea Foxes, and Blood Spirits off the top of head all had much more fair treatment of lower castes (sort of, Blood Spirits kinda treated everyone equally assholishly?). Again... not really...
