The only time I had bad food in the Army was in the field. And usually when it was the non-MRE food packs. Those were godawful. Actual food though? At a base it was bland catering food but hot for quality. I had fucking lobstertails at a DFAC once in Iraq, not on a holiday. Good lobster. Back...
