AHC: Have Japan Surrender before Germany does in WWII

You propose Germany will get a nuke up and running before they're on the backfoot in Russia? Like...1943? America couldn't handle it till 45 with far more resources.

XD I literally said the Soviets needed until postwar to make one. *pet* The Germans had the brains, but there's more than brains to it, you need the right materials, time, money, etc. Germany didn't need a handful of nuclear weapons that wouldn't have ended the war, they needed men, oil, and...

That basically only effected nuclear development, and Germany barely had the industry to make a single nuke if they wanted to. Even the soviets with all of their industrial might required several years into postwar to make one.

The V1 was an ultimate-win for Germany, the allied response to counter them cost more than the actual V1 program. V2 on the otherhand was not counterable, and thus the allied response was...0, making it a complete and utter waste of time for Germany.

I am not aware of any meddling by Hitler in regards to the Hetzer, there's really not much you can meddle with, as the tank was intended only to be built on lines which no other tanks could be built. Namely those in the Czech regions which were incapable of building even StuG's.

Hitler messed up a bunch of projects but you're exaggerating. Come on now... 262, even if everything went according to plan, would've been limited by jet engine production as while it was MASSIVELY streamlined within a short amount of time, was still exceedingly difficult for Germany due to a...

Of course they produced more in '44, they ramped production up and got every single workshop and craftsman working on building cheaper and cheaper things. Never the less, production was far below their demands because the big efficient factories were getting exploded all over the place.

You're discounting the fact that a weaker Russia means more stuff on the West, meaning less factories bombed and thus more German production.

They wouldn't have produced 50k T-34's without the lend lease, and what use is so many tanks when you have no airforce to back them up? And so on. Just saying but 'Zhukov was actually bad, he knew nothing' is pretty silly given that he's one of Russia's most famous military individuals in...

I wouldn't call 2,453,097 tons of stuff in 1942 alone 'not great numbers'. Lmao. I shouldn't have to stress how absolutely fucked Russia would be without the lend lease, given that Zhukov himself said as much. And in regards to Soviet military capabilities, there's not many who are more...

Fight to the death with what? Some rusty Mosins and nonfunctioning industry? Russia was practically kept on life support by the allies, without that help, they fold, either willingly or by force. Call me cynical but the Nazis weren't the sort of people who'd leave a job half-finished.

Pretty simple, Lend Lease to Russia is canned because fears of a communist empire in Europe exists. Without the Lend Lease, Russia gets destroyed pretty badly, with Japan falling to American occupation (after nukes and horrific losses). Finally once Japan is out of the picture, the now heavily...
