I think the "dinosaur" is likely an iguana or other large lizard running on all 4s on the ground, if you make the video larger it looks like its not running on 2 legs but doing a scramble/sprint on all 4 legs like lizards do. Course its super blurry so its anyones guess really

Thats not really a big gator, could probably just get a rake, pin down its head then go pick it up/tape it up, or just do what he did really. It still has that juvenile thinness/look, has some length but not the girth/chonkiness. Theres a reason that having a bajillion gators wandering around...
