Declaring an INSURRECTION, President-Elect Armstrong decides to show that by storming the White House by himself, he'll easily boost his job approval ratings even before inauguration.
Albert Wesker, as smug as he is though, fears he may not be a match for Senator Armstrong on his own, and thus has prepared his defenses...
He's replaced the existing fifteen Cabinet members with T-103 Tyrant Clones.
