What if Alien Space Bats move Adolf Hitler's mind from April 1945 into Kaiser Wilhelm II's body in June 1888 and also restore his sanity? Then, if Russia will ever experience a revolution of its own, he can then invade Russia in order to get a share of the Russian pie for his desired Lebensraum.
In such a scenario, there would of course be extremely massive Jewish emigration from Germany much earlier, and Jews worldwide will rally to oppose Hitler-Wilhelm's regime. However, on the Jewish question, Hitler-Wilhelm and the Russian Tsars could form quite a natural alliance. If anything, Hitler-Wilhelm might view the Russian Tsars as being too soft on their own Jews, with there being pressure by Russian ultranationalists such as the Black Hundreds for Russia to follow Hitler-Wilhelm's "German model" in dealing with the Jews, which could result in even more Jewish emigration from Russia as well in comparison to real life.
