For example, Tom Jurgens, a staff attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and legal observer for the National Lawyers Guild (NLG)

Not at all shocked the NLG is getting involved here, they've been outright terrorist sympathizers/assistants since the 60s and 70s.

Have said it before, but quoting myself from the General Antifa Thread a couple months back:

So… who else is counting down the days until Antifa, BLM, or some likeminded loonies pull off another 9/11 and force the Left as a whole to finally acknowledge that maybe it does have a bit of an extremism problem?

Doubt they’ll be able to sneak into planes with boxcutters and suicide vests again, but at some point, I wouldn’t rule out them carrying out — or at least, attempting — another World Trade Center Bombing or Beslan School Siege that gets a whole lot of people killed, including themselves. If that’s not enough to generate the kind of shock value 9/11 did, then frankly, I’m not sure what is.

Fortunately, we're not at that level yet.

Unfortunately, little's being done to call the Far Left out and force them to back down, to prevent them from becoming bold enough to try it someday. In fact, the most I've seen from Establishment news (which admittedly, wasn't very much) is remarks on how a police facility got torched by protesters or other vague descriptions where they conspicuously neglect to name Antifa specifically. In which case... cue surprised Pikachu faces when the Far Left finally procures enough recruits and resources to pull what Bin Laden or those Chechen separatists in Beslan did — much to the normies' alarm and our consternation.
