I haven't stopped writing for my Imperial People's Union thread/story/novel ida/etch. If you haven't seen it, it's not much so far for the reasons I previously posted. The "world" is set in the near future or slightly later, after an invasion by a foreign power Brazil has become an Ultramarine (no, not 40k Ultramarines sorry, it is an archaic word for territories or other stuff that is overseas) Imperial Union after winning a war of liberation and annexing Angola, Mozambique, Cabo Verde and Guinea Bissau (maybe also Timor-Leste and Equatorial Guinea as well, but I am wondering about how it could be realistic just by the logistics pov), it is a very weirdly politically aligned country because of the coalition that liberated Brazil : a social-nationalist monarchy with theocratic undertones
The character above is the MC and I would be my expy of myself (not sure if the terminology is correct ) , my own criticism would be to try not to do so but it takes ages for me to do a narrative in 3rd person unlike 1st person perspective, the only time I had it easy in 3rd person is when I did was when I put down a beginning of a "Axis Win WW2" scenario, which is the tired-est trope of alternatehistory and we know of very few films and one tv series that managed to pull it off.
I don't have experience as interrogator or fighter pilot of the latest generation, I drove an OT64 SKOT recently (will post it in the future IF I managed to find a video I think nobody will recognize me) at that's about it with my infantry fighting vehicles experience.
The things that he will share with me would be only opinions on politics, life and other stuff :
For this character I was thinking of "going" this way : becomes a "guerrilla" pilot after training in another country , fights over the skies of the region of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia and the regional capital Trieste but has to move/flee to Sicily and gets chased and shot down near Catania's coastline , a battle ensues and has to literally go underground because it is again chased down, when said debacle is over and the revolution in Italy moves to Brazil when the fictional Italian revolution is over but the country gets invaded by the the foreign power and has to fight to it, gets captured when he removes (phisically!) the various members collaborationist government and he's forced to witness the torture of his fellow guerrillas "collegues" as his own form of torture, when he gets liberated by Israeli black ops he joins the rebel movement and when the country has only a territory left that is still controlled, he is now a interrogator due to his experience and his heading an APCs squad through the last holdout of the enemy.
Now it comes the difficult part :

But the-sietch.com, unlike alternatehistory.com and Sufficient Velocity, I don't get banned in a total way, at worst I get a threadban if I am going off-topic or go nuts or don't agree with same, milquetoast and mainstream opinion.
End of my very humble observations.

Now it comes the difficult part :
- I know it would be feasible to have made a planes commands to easy to use, but I am not sure HOW that could be done.
- I know literally of aerial dog fights in written fiction set in "the real world". What I found so far seems all series and they seems all to look alike.
- Almost likewise, I do not how easy could be to drive an APC/IFV or command an unit/squad , because I drove only an OT64 SKOT and I have little to no clue how it would be with a modern one. Most fiction I found seems to be WW3 scenarios of the 1980s or slightly earlier or post-Cold War
- Also, no clue how an interrogator can be actually considered effective in, again, written fiction, I have some visual ideas from movies, tv series, comics and so on but not in novels, novel or novella or others except for United States of Japan (Mecha Samurai Empire) by Peter Tieryas and even there it might correspond to an "effective" interrogator concept.
