What If? Children Become Super Wise

In this scenario the ROB shows up one day and decides to give Humanity a gift. He makes every child 5 years old and younger Super Smart and Wiser than the wisest human being currently on Earth. These Children have the full sum total of human knowledge in a Quantum Brain and act like people do who are in their Early 60s. They don't play with toys they don't even talk like little kids. They literally act like small adults. They also due to being wise have life experience that they did not live but use never the less in decision making. All Children 6 and above are normal. The ROB also says that this will be the state of how humans will be from this point forward. All Children born from this point forward will never need to attend school ever again. How does this change affect human society as a whole? How do Parents react to their kids being literally smarter and wiser than them?

Two questions:

1. Are the kids blessed with moral wisdom? Or just superior intellect and cleverness?

2. Do kids lose/forget their wisdom after becoming 6 years old, and begin learning like a normal human again?

If the answer to 1 is the latter, and the answer to 2 is that kids lose their intellect after reaching age 6, then I can see every nation on earth scrambling to build more housing, secure a larger food supply, and encourage people to have more babies to increase the number of geniuses. It'd be an arms race, but they're scrambling for geniuses who could potentially solve problems, invent things, be master tacticians, etc. This will cause massive societal problems as nations will be encouraged to keep high birth rates, but they may not have the space or the resources to care for everyone. Huge economic struggle possibly.

If kids don't lose their intellect after becoming 6 years old, then there isn't really a need to sustain a very high birthrate for a prolonged period. Governments may try to incentivize a lot of births during the first few years, and that's it.

If the kids are blessed with virtuous wisdom, not genius intellect, then I'd imagine that governments would be greatly afraid, as they wouldn't be able to manipulate the kids for their own ends. In fact, the kids would likely herald the doom of those corrupt institutions, as they grow up to become community leaders and displace the establishment.

They have the wisdom of a person that has lived a long life of dealing with all sorts of problems and solving them. They are still people. Some old people are good some old people are bad. The same will be with these kids.

They don't lose the wisdom. They will keep it until Old Age begins to affect them.
