Sad news coming out of the Old Dominion: Former VA Governor Linwood Holton (R), whose election victory in 1969 becoming the Commonwealth's first GOP Governor to occupy the VA Executive Mansion since Reconstruction, has passed away at his home in Kilmarnock, VA surrounded by family.
