Yeah, no few games go in and out of free status from time to time these days. Right now it's available free there.
Epic Games is offering Pillars of Eternity and Tyranny, both good games... on their CHINA WEBSITE. It's been going on for a week or so but I didn't hear about it until now. The deal ends sometime tomorrow on the 17th.

China's Epic Games has started their Holiday Sale and today are offering Cities Skyline for free. Apparently this is the start of a freebie game a day on the Epic Store for the next two weeks or so.

I wouldn't know without knowing what those editions are called, I barely game and don't keep track of them. The one being offered free is Celebration Edition if that helps.
