You do realize that Jewish rules against worship of other gods applies to more than just the location of the Kingdom of Israel. Sure some of the laws only apply to certain people and within the borders of Israel. But are you going to claim that outside of Israel it's ok to worship other gods, or commit sodomy with other men? Judaism does say that EVERYONE must worship one god.
What Christianity thinks is not that relavent. Also the son of God is also God because of the trinity. The point is that Jews consider Christianity pagan polytheism and idolotry. I'm not giving biased sources so you or @LordsFire can say I'm being antisemetic. I'm using sources from Jews to show that Christianity and Judaism is completely different.

The religion of Islam would require certain things, so does Judaism, so does Christianity for that matter. It's just looking at the rulings of that religion and taking it to it's logical endpoint. Islam demands people convert to Islam, pay tribute(if Jewish, Muslim, or Zoroastrian), or die.
Christianity is more complicated as you can argue either way if you should force people into the faith or not.
Judaism does not require you to be a Jew, but it does require those who are not Jews to follow the 7 laws of Noah and be monotheists.

Yes that is a complicated issue and different rabbis have different interpretations. I think most consider converts to be truly Jewish for marriage purposes but they may or may not be allowed to marry the priest class Kohens. I think @mrttao used to study at a synagogue so maybe he can answer some more.
