HP-hating ROB orders you to destroy everything magical in the Potterverse

Why not Grey Knights. An army of Grey Knights would be hilarious overkill, even by the already presented overkill in the thread.
 
Exterminating literally everything magical, including dementors, magical sea critters, ghosts or magical items sunk in the middle of the ocean may be hard without exploding the planet, or even with it, if some magical entities are very durable.

Eh, using WH40k imperial troops to occupy (muggles included) and slowly try to purge it with decades of effort, while estabilishing magic-free facilities on Mars and drafting some muggles, sounds like decent idea; what is our timeline, until death from old age? Hopefully replacing organs with mechanical ones could extend timeline to a few hundreds of years; I hope that slowly poisoning the whole Earth and biosphere elimination, if needed, counts as slow and painful.

Frankly though, nothing they can pull is even remotely as terrible and disgusting as the shit the likes of the Iron Warriors and the various Chaos Warbands like to pull.

You can also requistion up to 10 000 ground combat units, ranging from Space Marines to a mid-range Bolo in size.
You can recruit a staff of up to a dozen advisers for this project.
Timetravel is prohibited.
The occurrence of magical stuff in the HP universe is limited to HP Earth.

Well, if you want to destroy the HP universe (in the literal sense), we can attempt to force a false vacuum decay, and given the fact the HP universe works like it does...I think their universe is not-quite-stable and thus vulnerable. We just need to find a way to trigger the event.
 
Requisition the original Resident Evil virus, give it to Fabius Bile to turn it into something that only works on magic creatures, spray it all over the planet and enjoy the carnage.
