From what I can tell, its a parody which is following the actual Yakub lore. It become quite popular in leftist/BLM circles.

The problem is that it is temporary on the wrong side.
It should have been an injunction against the federal govt interfering until they reach a final decision
Instead they made an injunction against texas arresting invaders until they reach a final decision.

The alternative was to:
1. just let him slink away with the stolen goods.
it is only a pair of shoes. Not worth her life.
2. Scream for help. it was in public and they were surrounded by people.
A few simps could have stepped up to help her.
