Literally just a press release and some government mandated artwork.

Naval News said:
As part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), it was published in the Diário da República and in the Official Journal of the European Union, the Portuguese Navy launched this month, the limited tender by prior qualification, for the design and construction of a multifunctional naval platform.

This multipurpose naval platform will contribute, among other tasks, to the protection of marine resources and the Portuguese sea, through the prevention and surveillance of ocean pollution and maritime accidents, deterrence of illegal and irregular activities, monitoring of climate change and atmospheric events, as well as in humanitarian support.

It'll have a ski ramp for fixed wing UAV's as well as being able to have quadcopter drones and even a manned helicopter operating from the flight deck in theory and modular areas belowdecks for the deployment of AUV's (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles), UUV's (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles), and USV's (Unmanned Surface Vehicles). I would've thought AUV's and UUV's would be pretty similar, but they were differentiated here so... so much for assumptions.

Points at my turn a Gator into a Drone Carrier thread. Looks like this idea is floating around across the world.

It is. The former HMS Ocean was reclassified as a 'Multipurpose Carrier Ship'("Navio Aeródromo Multipropósito") because the Brazilian Navy will be operating drones from it(the Brazilian Navy's first drone squadron was established last month).
