By act of ASB, the people moving into North and South America through the frozen Bering strait find wild horses, cows, oxen and donkeys as they move further south.

These animals will be of the breeds and varieties best suited for a particular biome, and if necessary any dangerous local competitors that fill the same niche will be magically exterminated.
