ROB has decided to give you your very own planet, with a twist.

After watching The Book of Mormon your friendly neighborhood ROB decides to bestie you the ownership of a planet, with a few strings attached.

First off, tou will actually be more of the governor or highest authority on said planet.

Second, it will be transported, along with any moons it might have, into an orbit around a sun that is the closest match for it's old one nearest Sol.

The planet must be one that has been under the control of, and still loyal to, an villainous fiction - GE, Chaos, the Borg, the Romulans, house Harkonen, etc.

Or, it must be a death/crapsack world, think endless dessert like Dune or Gidi Prime.

Or, it can be massively backwards and undesirable by the source universe's standard as well as lacking in necessary man and materials to become truly formidable and relevant.

ROB let's you summon a portal with a maximum diameter of 2 meter, which you can use to travel to and from the planet, but you will have to stay there at least two days a week.

ROB shall also make you both the owner of the largest single wealth/business on the planet and the equivalent of planetary governor or hereditary monarch, or Messiah or what have you.

Furthermore, you will receive any and all physical augemntations as would befit your ststion.

As the new ruler you will also be expected to work for the good of your people.

Also, any interstellar capable space assets are stripped of whatever FTL drives they might have.

Also, ROB thinks that requesting Trek and Wars planets is so yesterday, so he would rether you choose your domain from some other franchise.

Enjoy!

I choose Pre-War Fallout America since it was ruled by the Enclave but I'd make sure that all the Vaults were designed properly and that they were NOT dumbass experiments. I'd also make sure to relocate Liberty Prime to an enclave base to work on fixing him and upgrading him prior to the apocalypse, I'd also make sure to have Big MT and the Sierra Madre issues mitigated or solved that way they'll be under my control completely when the nukes hit.

I'd make sure the House's platinum chip arrives at the correct time and not late, I'll have a vault built for the C.I.T. Institute or just relocate them to a vault, and I'll gather the data from the cloning Vault in FO3.

Finally I'll R&D the Cabot Family serum so only my lost loyal leaders, scientists and myself are utterly immortal to aging then probably give myself a heavily modified/customized X-01 Mk VI power armor meant for protection and survivability.

But USA dies not control the world in that setting.

Since Rebels are nominally the villains of the FTL, I would take up governorship of a crapsack world for them and govern it to the best of my abilities for the good of it's human inhabitants.

You need to "own" the whole planet.

Not just 1 planetary faction.

I'll control the planet once I deploy (it'll kill every mutant in the world which is the rest of the planet)

And for safe measure I'll make sure to seal off the entrance to Vault 101 lol

What? No FTL how lame. Then why wouldn’t I just pick Star Wars quick and easy and I get too be in charge of humans.

No working FTL drives.

If you have the tech base you can build some.
Oh cool then can I ask which empires count as evil? Like does the galactic empire from legend of the galactic heroes is it evil, also for battletech if we pick that which nations count as evil is it just the draconian, and Capellans? Or what about supreme commander or star craft in rts games like that is anyone evil, if you can play as them?

Another interesting thought is the Taidan empire from Homeworld but they might not be human so maybe not even if the tech is nice.

Also you gave an example of the Harkonens but if we pick them are we getting Geidi Prime isn’t it a shithole with pollution and maybe a fucked up sun?

I think Agent wants you to pick a group that already controls one planet at least. Instead of one where you will have to take over the world first.
Yes, ideally you should pick something that has or had a unified government.

The most simpleand intuitive definition would be that they are the bad guys in their franchise...

And I’m asking does battletech, supreme commander or star craft have villains, and does the LOGH galactic empire count as a villain if not in modern times what about in Rudolfs era?

If you need me to explain the settings I can just ask.

Since the nobles were assholes and the empire was embroiled on multi-genersrional war feel free to consider them as such.

As to battle tech it depends on the clan.
If they have done something unsavory, don't care about sue procedure and the rule of law, etc, you can consider them one.

Eww the clans are lame I was talking about the successor houses. Draconian combine, Lyrans, Free world league, Capellan confederation, and Fed Suns.
But you said only those that don’t have rule of law? Does that mean I can only pick Capellans, or Draconis?
Still being a Daimyo in the Draconis wouldn’t be too bad play Shogun get a harem of Geisha’s.

Oh another good choice is Kaitan from Dune it’s the Imperial capital and unlike Gedi Prime it’s not a shithole where everyone might be bald.
No Good Guy uses mass brain washed controlled slaves :p
lol why Kamino though?

Dracs and Capellans are generally viewed as villains, Word of Blake and Rim Worlds Republic even more so. Depending on who you ask, Clans are all villains or only some of them.
