Let’s imagine that in 1913, a ROB, utterly appealed by the fate of Humanity and the Chimera action send a prophetic dream to every living Habsburg, showing them the danger to come, battles and events from the games (excluding the « I win »button that are the towers), desperate last stand from countries around the world, conversion center, etc...all shown from humanity perspective.

How do you think they would react? What actions would they take?

Historically, Spain caved in from US diplomatic pressure in regard to Cuba, resulting in a somewhat more isolationist US, otherwise, everything is at it is, except the fact the the Tunguska event unknowingly brought the Chimera virus to earth.
