i just read article about Moscov propaganda,and one of their sites is geopolitica.ru with motto "Carthage delenda est" when West,especially USA,is Carthage,and Moscov is,of course,Third Rome.Which would rule world,as always should.

in the long term? possibly saved europe.

Optymist.I could not comprehend what they think,but i bet,that they found a way to belive that getting more muslims and replacing europeans is actually good thing.

Tanks do a lot more things than fight other tanks. Old tanks can do some of it... Though they need a trained crew to do them well. On the other hand, burying a working tank is a waste, it just becomes a very cramped bunker, you could build a tougher and better armed bunker out of concrete, and it would cost less than even an old tank.

it is true that there will always be someone to replace the dead ruler.
the issue is one of competence. by slaughtering all the competent competition out of fear that they will take his job, it leaves only the dregs as possible successors.
Take for example the war in ukraine... failure everywhere except the unit directly under Yevgeny Prigozhin (wagner PMC) which had massive success after massive succees.
