A prominent CCP Russian-studies prof from Peking University laying out why he thinks Russia cannot win this war, and will not keep any territory in the long run, nor will it end with a Korean DMZ style situation.

The fact that China is even allowing him to say this and allowing this go get out is essentially the chinese trying to say in as a polite and face saving manner that they can, that russia needs to give up the ghost on this and that China's not going to invest massive amounts of resources on getting Russia out of this mess.

So what does this mean for russia?

Huh. The Russian carrier is even more damaged than the Russians are saying. Everything below the third level is flooded due to widespread corrosion throughout the hull. The fuel used is so low quality it causes fowling when burned and is corrosive and extremely toxic to the crew.
