You are correct.

The buracratic portion of the government has over the years usurped a lot of power that rightfully belongs to the legislative and exicutive branches of the government. And in the ATF's case has been doing stuff that is pretty much blantantly violates the us consitution.

So yeah lots of people be fucked and they really do deserve it.
