Scenario: Soldier Boy is hunting one of his team in 'Mindstorm' but mindstorm has information that is needed to bring down Vought. In order to keep him alive, A mysterious third party has pulled Steve Rogers and King T'Challa from the MCU to keep him alive. They don't have to power to pull anyone stronger. Captain America and Black Panther have been tasked with the mission of keeping mindstorm alive long enough to testify. and to keep him alive until then.
Areana: Time Square New York:
Victory conditions: For Soldier boy he wins if he can kill or disable Cap and Black Panther and then kill his target. For Cap and Black Panther, they win if they can disable, kill or at the least hold off Soldier Boy from killing Mindstorm before he testifies. Afterward? Mindstorm is fair game.
Prior knowledge: Cap and Panther are given a briefing about Soldier boys abilities and how strong he is. Soldier has no idea who they are or what they're capable of until he fights them.
Blood Lusted and Motivations: Not Blood lusted but certainly motivated. Normal canon depictions for both. Soldier Boy wants revenge pure and simple and will smash anyone in his way. He cares nothing for Vought or bringing it down. Cap and Black Panther are motivated to win because they've been warned about the coming of Thanos and they've been promised the full support of all Supes on the Planet should they win.
Equipment: T'Challa has his standard equipment, meaning his Vibranium Nanosuit (with kinetic absorption properties) and claws, along with basic weapons. Cap has his main shield and has been given the Wakandan shield gauntlets though they've been specially modified to be form fitting around his arms. But aside from that he has his scale armor.
Canon/Continuity: MCU only for T'Challa and Rogers. The Boys TV series only for Soldier Boy.
Bonus round:
If Cap and Black Panther cant defeat him. Then its Just Cap...but with a little something extra.
