Since the same black death was in Egypt and other muslim countries,they would be dead,too.Maybe even entire North and Central Africa.
And,thanks to their dealings with India,they would die,too.
Thanks to their dealings with other countries,China could die,too.

In that case, only Americas should survive.And Australia.

It would not get into Sub Saharan Africa. That Desert and the wildlife on the Eastern part of the country would make rat progression a no go zone. Unlike Europe. Africa is basically Australia on Steroids.

They made it to Greenland and Newfoundland viking colony is a thing. With Europe borked for a century. Making a stronger beachhead in North America will be a priority.
