All of those behaviors sound like the exception, rather than the norm, IMHO.
And if the human population is small enough and spread out enough then the goblins will probably collapse before they reach any sort of critical mass necessary for a more advanced goblin society.
Also, how will they know how to make weapons and armor and smelt metals?
Do they have some form of genetic memory like Warhammer 40k Orks do?
Goblins have three main paths:
Shaman route where they practice magic and coordinate resources. Goblin Slayer makes sure to take them out first the moment he sees a totem at a nest.
Lord route where they develop brains, cunning, and strategies to lead armies and learn from their mistakes. Why Priestess made sure to help Goblin Slayer kill the lord. If he escaped, he would have learned from the defeat, and done better reconnaissance before hand.
Champion route, they become bigger and better melee fighters on par with Ogres in strength and endurance. Goblin Slayer had to use a weaponized portal scroll to summon salt water from the very depths of the ocean. Which as you can guess, sliced the champion to death.
How the Priest and Paladin routes occurred is not known fully.
And no they don't have genetic memories, just very good adaptive learning. Its why sparing the young is dangerous and why Goblin Slayer makes sure he gets them all. Because a partial failure on his part meant one Goblin Tribe copied his arrow trick and used it against him.
And it is why Goblin Slayer freaked the fuck out over the glimpse of what he saw on the Green Moon of an advanced Goblin Society.
Back to the Op, Hobgoblin is on the Champion path but there is no hard rules that he stays on it. And with just spearwoman, no immediate prospects for a replacement, and a strange new world, Hobgoblin will by adaptive reasoning, monopolize the poor girl to himself and make his offspring go out into the world to sink or swim and more importantly scout. This will lessen the strain on spearwoman from being repeatably gang raped, ensuring she lasts longer, which in turn will be a lesson passed down to other Goblins.
Which is why Goblin Slayer found Dark Elf's recruited Goblin Army so dangerous as he was teaching them to better care for their breeding stock which prolonged the amount of time they were bred which in turn was breeding smarter Goblins.
It thus becomes a selective pressure race. The Goblins if the Old Copper Culture doesn't wise up fast, will quickly start to domesticate wolves into a form of cavalry, do the same to bears and bison, and that could quickly put the AmerIndians at a severe if not fatal disadvantage if they don't quickly develop fortifications and sophisticated and disciplined copper weapon Armies and take the fight back to the Goblins.
