Doubt it would work.

The big benefits of drug induced rampages tend to be a lack of safely holding back on your body's physical strengthen to a certain degree, and the benefit of being so drugged up that you just don't notice getting shot - its why sometimes people on PCP have been shot 20+ times and still tried to fight the cops.

But that's only really effective against humans. Its not going to give you the edge you need to fight an elephant.

Maybe if you gave a grizzly or polar bear PCP/cocaine, then maybe it could commit elephanticide.....

Jokes aside - i undarstandt rulers who made state schools to get obedient workers and cannon fodder.It was immoral,but was efficient.Problem is- now it is both immoral and unefficient,so we should abadonn that.Even if we really were bad Siths.

If you leave education up to just parents and churches instead of professionals you'll get a lot people reaching adulthood with barely any formal education whatsoever past knowing how to read the religious texts their parent's place of worship uses.
