During the new Dawn scene where tourists are brought in to be food for the big bad mafia vamps, in this crowded are some particular people who especially WANTED to be there.

In this crowd is:
  1. Blade: Composite Movie and 616 version
  2. Elsa Bloodstone: 616 version
  3. Cullen Bloodstone: 616 version
Does this end the Twilight series early or?

Blade from what little I have honestly read of him, generally hangs out in the lower end of spider-mans ball park. Formidable to be sure but Twamps, even mook ones are not laughing matter. Super speed, strength, in addition to a few of them having some down right nasty extras. Little miss look at you and make every nerve in your body think its on fire, and more terrifying is her boy friend with his "No one in this group can see, hear, smell or feel." It does take some time but that only negates its danger to a limited degree. Not fun times. It defenitly kicks off one big old fight and if the err good guy vamps I suppose jump in as well then potentially the volturi could get taken out early but I wouldn't hold my breath on just those three taking out all of the volturi. If they understood that the twamps don't remotely follow normal vampire rules then came prepared with that in mind then probably. But as it is, garlic, holy symbols, sun light, are meaningless to a twamp. Stab em through the heart? It hurts, but Twamps can put them selves back together from getting sliced and diced given enough time. Depending on the level of slice and dice might need help but still. They ain't dead.

Leaning towards the Volturi.

It is during that one seen and they have dealt with Vamps that arnt like nomral.ones before

Blade is cool and all but the Glitterpires are going to kick his ass he isn't trained to fight them. He's also not strong or fast enough to compensate for his lack of experience with them. I don't like Twilight at all but just from a power level there isn't any shame in losing to them. It's like getting beat up by Twilight Sparkle. Yeah a purple pony from a children's show smoked you but you're in pretty good company.

It isn't JUST blade...
Like tucking hell
I'm not familiar enough with Twilight to have a reasonable opinion, but as people have been ignoring the other characters, I'll bring up some Elsa Bloodstone feats.

She's physically a few steps past Captain America, her magic amulet increases all physical abilities dramatically, grants her increased life energy, and regeneration though how much isn't clear. She can punch through a two-foot-thick stone wall, take hits from similar levels of strength, and when a Nosferatu bit her, she had so much life energy her blood turned it back into a human. She also has "invulnerability" but since she gets hurt pretty often it's not clear how strong it is. That said, Punisher shot her straight up in the boob with a pistol at a range of less than a foot to zero effect, so it's safe to say she's resistant to at least small arms fire.

The best speed for her I'm aware of is a bit silly, but she's fast enough to throw ingredients into the air and craft a sandwich from them, including doing all the slicing, before they fall.

For equipment, she has the ability to open portals though she seems to mostly use this for travel and not in combat. She has "Behemoth Buster" rounds for her shotgun capable of staggering kaijuu in one shot. She has every other weapon in the world, it seems like, and has a thing for beating monsters to death with a guitar.

Now if we also get to use her feats from NextWave all bets are off...

Next wave is an iffy one. It involves everyone who is 616, yet the events didn't happen. SO that is why it is iffy

I know it. There are some references to NextWave actually happening in the 616 comics but they're more easter eggs and shoutouts, no reason to think it's really canon.

It's merely that Elsa's feats in NextWave include some high-level ones, like shattering a car's engine block with a one-handed guitar strike, hence all bets being off if she gets them.

That is why I wonder if perhaps what they can DO is canon but the events not

The best I can remember for strength that's really quantifiable and outside NextWave is shattering concrete with a punch that glanced off a guy's head on the way there. Also, note he shot her in the back of the head first for another durability feat.
