Terrible jokes by black people are just that, terrible jokes. Terrible jokes by white males are symptoms of systemic racism and misogyny and therefore must be stamped out with extreme prejudice.

As far as I can tell EO has not been abused by anyone and gotten away with it. Because they do an investigation, as in they ask the person who said or did the thing, and others that were there and the like

On another forum I regulary talk to bunch of guys with a lot longer service record and their opinion of EO is that they are comissariat for enforcement of shitlib values in the army, the only difference between them and soviet comissars being that EO doesn't have license to kill yet.

I have not heard anything about that. Funnily enough most people I am with joke about it. It depends on who is the EO rep or not.
