F-15's are not built from the ground up to operate from highway's and county roads; Gripen's are.F 15s are very rugged and durable
Not if it gets bombed on the ground before it can take off, or if it cannot take off because airfields got destroyed.F 15 is superior to the Gripen...
A high-low F-35/Gripen mix would be amazingly deadly. F-15EX's would be flying SAM sites sitting behind the lines using data links to lob AMRAAM's into the fight. Not if it gets bombed on the ground before it can take off, or if it cannot take off because airfields got destroyed.
F-15 is a fighter designed by and for a superpower that can rely on safe air bases and expects to have air superiority if not air supremacy guaranteed.
Gripen is a fighter designed by and for a middling country facing a superpower which has enough aircraft and missiles to shut down any attempt at conventional air superiority and wipe out any obvious air fields / air bases.
It is clear which would be better for Poland.
Well, ain't that a pretty black triangle.
I fucking called it, Poland is going to try to buy F-15EX's too.
Don't be ridiculous. The KF-21 is a "built to look cool" joke of a project that has all the design tradeoffs and expense of a stealth aircraft without actually being stealthy. Even South Korea itself has no confidence in the program, which is why they've bought F-35s for themselves.I hope for KF21,Korea would not fuck with deliver if we refuse to gave our children to pedo.Sleepy Joe could.
P.S And Gripens would be still better.
Then we should buy Gripens.Poland need planes from state which do not stop delivering them for lgbt reasons.Don't be ridiculous. France is then the best option. As Kekec said:Then we should buy Gripens.Poland need planes from state which do not stop delivering them for lgbt reasons.
Typhoon has Germany in it so not a good choice either.Gripens use American engines that are produced under licence, one of the conditions for licence is that USA can veto any sale.

But, if only a line of code or a single screw is American, ITAR rules apply...Yes and no. The Volvo RM12 turbofan is a significantly improved derivative of the General Electric F404 rather than a license copy; it's the combat avionics which make heavy use of directly licensed American technology.
What is an ITAR?But, if only a line of code or a single screw is American, ITAR rules apply...
Yeah, sure, only your MIC makes stuff massively overpriced and over-budget.Our politics doesn't make our equipment inferior
