Norton and the Hortons (hey, that rhymes!) were some of the more mad genius type aircraft engineers of their day. The odd thing with the wing design is that at a certain point, you can't stall unless you
purposely get them in rather specific circumstances, note that both were playing with all-wing designs
since the 1930s.
