What is Warframe?
It's a MMO Loot shooter where you play as a Space-Ninja fighting against three Sci-Fi factions: the Grineer, the Corpus, and the Technocyte.
The game has been out of closed beta since 2013, and has been steadily growing since then, adding new content, weapons, characters, game-modes, and modifications for said characters and weapons every few months. You can play solo or in a team of four, and join a clan for more goodies and happy hunting. Once you get far enough, you can get your very own spacefighter, called a Railjack. The game also includes plenty of quests and two open world maps that will increase in number.
The most recent dev-stream (a regular stream where the developers of WF showcase their plans and ideas for future content) reveal a new character called Protea, along with new weapons like a hand-shotgun with a laser-bayonet put on.
It is a fun game, with high speed gameplay and a welcoming community. Give it a try, it's free after all, and if you have questions, feel free to ask.
EDIT: And yes, the stuff you see in these trailers, you can do them in-game too.
