Did a little reading on this monster girls, their modus operandi regarding women is to forcefully infect them with ''mg virus'' to turn them into one of them and make men addicted to them. A quarantine area far away from us and extermination with extreme prejudice for any of them who doesn't get there immediately. Anyone can enter the quarantine, no one is allowed to leave.

Fair enough. I know the feeling. Not proud of myself either.
Since there is an entire monster girl species that are financial wizards, and one of the canonical books actually establishes that they have stuff like businesses and functional cities, having them around does not automatically equal society falling apart. However, details on the economy are hard to pick up on from the wiki, which is a shame, because it would give us some ideas on where things could go if they showed up in real life.
What I think is likely is an economic realignment that aligns with and amplifies the perpetual baby boom resulting from their presence. Married people would probably have a great many tax benefits, including lower rates and possible deductions for costs of raising children. Labor supply would skyrocket over time, and construction would naturally follow. In countries like the US and Japan, there'd be a massive wave of population expansion into small rural towns (even dead ones) due to the general lack of space in major cities and crowding in existing suburbs. The economies there would probably be a mix of service industry and small/medium scale farms.

If they all cared about the environment, they would know that higher populations=higher carbon footprint and as such they need to eat the babies they produce or mass sterilize themselves
Jokes aside, isn’t part of the West and First World’s problems that having and raising children is expensive? Doubt laws for tax cuts would be easily made either
Though, I still wonder how poor or poorer families can produce large numbers of children they can’t even afford to all feed, educate and raise and yet still insist on making them. Either that’s due to not knowing how reproduction works or they actually more likely have even more patriarchal sort of values that make the 50s look tame.
