Admittedly I’m still skimming through the book rather than fully going through it from start to finish because I’m still busy trying to finish every single one of Isaac Asimov’s Foundation books
But what I’ve seen makes me wonder how everybody not just in the USA but the rest of the world would react to noy just the ISA but the horrible world beyond in an alternate universe of a century from now
There’s also the fact that you can’t exactly call the ISA “White Supremacists” when they allowed large numbers of people who weren’t white(minus Latin America) into the USA and even naturalised them eventually with the condition they weren’t Muslim and even then tolerated the existence of other faiths so long as they weren’t Muslim
