Its 1916 a British general gives a unit of English men a speech about how their going to march through the trenchs get to Berlin and drown kaiser Wilhelm in his own toylet.

One private raises his hand and asks to have that in writing. Incensed the general does that and in a fit of anger tells the man a private higgens that if he doesn't come back with the kaisers head he will be hanged.

The unit is sent out and gets wiped out three months later the kaiser is found beheaded in this bathroom. A month later the orders are published in a Norwegian news paper. A month after that private higgens finally returns to the front with the kaisers head in a box with photos proving he drowned the kaiser in his toylet first.

Becouse Kaiser was arleady puppet,notching change during WW1 - with possible exception of angry prussian generals ordering much bigger attack on Western front in 1916,and loosing more soldiers.
They still lost on schedule,but,after WW1,we have England who wonted help german becouse of balance of Power - and germans rejecting it entire time.

So,maybe we would have Allied intervention in 1936 or 1938 here? Lead by general Higgens,maybe?

Or,if notching change,maybe private Higgens kill Hitler in 1942 and come back with his head?

If so, we would have much better world - becouse germans would fight soviet better,and till 1945 keep them on Dniepr.
Free Europe.Unless FDR would gave us to soviets anyway,but then private Higgens could go to Moscov,too....

Then they were idiots.Hitting anytching as small as one person from plane was not possible then.

The attack on the Kaiser can be passed off as an attack on a military target, and maybe even attributed to faulty intelligence (it was supposed to be an Army Group HQ, honest!).
London would be a pure "terror" target - not that this stopped the Germans and others. Possibility of retribution did.

If Allies kill Kaiser with gas bomb - yes.Of course,trying to hit Goverment buildings.

After Kaiser dying,they would not care.And do not surrender till Allies get near Berlin,or Revolution in Germany happen.
