Alright, all assets of the US military outside of nukes? Our sat network? GPS net work? Internet network? Comms network? Phone network?

All assets except nukes.
So you basically give the US military NSA, DIA, NGA, etc etc, since they are DoD. They then use a carrier to provide power and you have a network so powerful China and the US combined here could have the whole planet mapped and basically be unstoppable.
Because we have access to everything.
We also have more then enough capabilities to fully start an industrial revolution a thousand years or 2 earlier...

As the locals have already used a few passing mentions to invent murky concepts like e.g. the Trinity and are eagerly killing one another over details of the Nature of Christ they will eagerly wrap their minds around even more convulted ideas like the Holy Wafer, Predestination, etc.
